Refund & Cancellation policy

Please read this policy and the NATIONAL TECHNICAL TRAINING INSTITUTE website terms and conditions carefully which provide you with important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase or service we provide to you.

We give all our efforts to provide the service to you as per your specifications and timelines specified against online fees payment by you from NATIONAL TECHNICAL TRAINING INSTITUTE. Despite, if due to any reason, we are unable to provide you with the online fees payment from us, then you will be allowed to get a refund/cancellation that will be subject to the following situations:

The Refund/Cancellation will be only considered in the case where is a clear, visible deficiency with the online fees payment from NATIONAL TECHNICAL TRAINING INSTITUTE website.

In a situation where a customer has paid for a service but then requests for a refund/cancellation only because there was a change in mind for the customer’s side, the refund/cancellation will not be granted as there is no fault, defect, or onus on NATIONAL TECHNICAL TRAINING INSTITUTE website.

Refund/Cancellation requests will not be welcomed after the work has been shared with you in the case of a change of mind. Despite, we will provide you with the option of using the amount paid for by you, for an alternative service in NATIONAL TECHNICAL TRAINING INSTITUTE website amounting to the same value and the said amount could be applied in part or whole towards the said new service; and If a refund/cancellation request has been asked 30 (thirty) days after the online fees payment has been completed and the same has been suggested and indicated via email or any form of communication declaring that the work has been completed, then, such refund/cancellation request shall be considered invalid and shall not be counted.

If the request for the refund/cancellation is approved by NATIONAL TECHNICAL TRAINING INSTITUTE website, the same will be processed and intimated to you via email. This refund/cancellation process will take a minimum of 15 (fifteen) business days to process and shall be credited to your bank account accordingly. We will handle the refund/cancellation process with care and guarantee that the money spent by you is returned to you as earliest as possible.
